4-Ingredient Oat Banana Cookies
If you’re looking for a naturally sweet treat that satisfies your cravings and supports your health goals, these Banana Oat Cookies are the perfect fit. With just a few wholesome ingredients, they deliver a boost of fibre, slow-releasing carbs, and healthy fats—all without added sugar.
Bananas provide natural sweetness and potassium, while rolled oats offer gut-loving fibre and energy that lasts. Add a handful of nuts for crunch and healthy fats, and a few dark chocolate chips for that rich, satisfying touch. They’re incredibly easy to make—so simple, in fact, that even a child can help mix, spoon, and shape them. My boys love it.
Recipe makes 9 cookies:
INGREDIENTS:
2 bananas
120 g rolled oats
30 g pure chocolate chips
30 g nuts (I like almonds, but you may use any you like)
optionally-favourite extract flavour
METHOD:
First, smash bananas with the fork, then mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form cookies with a spoon and bake for 20 min in the preheated oven, 180C.
These cookies are sure to satisfy your cravings while keeping you fuelled and satisfied. Give them a try and enjoy.
