Your way to success
In this first conversation of 20 minutes I would like to hear more about your goal, your motivation, your diet history and your expectations. I will also tell you about my coaching. Together we will see if my guidance is right for you. If there is a click on both sides, you will be enabled to choose one of the available programs on my website for further cooperation.
When you start a program, I first ask you to keep a food diary for a few days. This usually gives a lot of insights, which we immediately put to work in the first meeting.
Together with the food diary, you will receive a detailed health history form to fill out. I need to receive it at least 24h before our first coaching session, so I can prepare first tips for your nutrition and health recommendations. We will discuss it further during our first session.
In the first meeting, we will discuss your motivation and behavioural patterns. We also discuss your food diary and the health history form. We set the goals of the trajectory, and weigh and measure so that we have an objective starting point. You will already be given the first assignments to take home, so you can get started right away.
The amount according to a specific program you choose. Depending on the need, we plan weekly or biweekly follow-up meetings in which I coach you and help you change your lifestyle and eating behaviour. There is plenty of room for your questions and to discuss your challenges or support. We measure and monitor your progress to check if you are going the right direction to achieve your goals.
