Her passion for food and nutrition is highly contagious and inspirational. Aga made me realize that a healthy lifestyle doesn't need to be complicated or boring, it can be easy, nutritious and tasty. By the end of our journey, I lost 16 kg and gained enormous knowledge to continue my path.

Aga has been a great help to me to implement a new lifestyle. Thanks to her help, the countless questions I was always allowed to ask and the tools to make good choices, I lost +/- 15 kg! Aga is a great nutrition health coach, who guides you well in your journey. She has a lot of knowledge and can motivate you in a friendly and positive way to achieve your goals. After each session we set goals, so you work on a theme every week to change your lifestyle in small steps. It's nice that you don't get a strict diet, but she leaves the choices to you, you decide through awareness what you eat or don't eat. It's more of a lifestyle change but in phases. She thinks along with you and comes up with tips that fit your lifestyle / family situation. I managed to get my health values up to standard. In total I also lost 8 kg. But with the tools I received from her, it is certainly possible to continue this myself.
